Terms of Service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dive Dude 2 (the “Game”) published by Krool World (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Exploit bugs, automation, or unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards
Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players’ sessions

3. No Purchases

The Game has no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions. In-game coins and unlockable items are earned by playing, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, traded, or cashed out.

4. Online Features and User Content

The Game includes optional online features: leaderboards, the Daily Dive, message-in-a-bottle, and multiplayer lobbies. By using them:

Your display name, scores, and any bottle message you send may be visible to other players.
Display names and bottle messages are user-generated content. You are responsible for what you submit and must not submit content that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or that impersonates another person or brand.
We apply an automatic profanity filter and reserve the right to remove or reset any name or message at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools
Interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers or networks
Submit a display name or message that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or impersonates another person or brand
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, audio, code, and game design — is owned by Krool World and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Dive Dude 2 name and logo are trademarks of Krool World.

7. Availability and Updates

The Game is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and online features may be unavailable at times.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KROOL WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krool World operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
