This privacy policy describes how Krool World (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game Combo Ace (the “Game”) on iOS, Android, or web.
By using the Game you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information — If you sign in (e.g. Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In), we receive your display name and a platform-specific user identifier. We do not receive or store your password.
- Display name — If you set a display name for leaderboards or social features, it is stored with your account and visible to other players.
- Friends and social connections — If you add friends (via invite link, Game Center, or Google Play Games), we store your friends list to enable social features such as sending and receiving lives, viewing friends’ progress, and friend leaderboards.
- Support requests — If you contact us, we retain the correspondence to resolve your issue.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Game progress — Level completions, scores, star ratings, currency balances, settings, and tutorial state. This data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers if you create an account.
- Analytics events — Gameplay actions such as level starts, completions, failures, hand types resolved, boosters used, and purchase events. Events include a timestamp and session identifier but do not include your name, email, or device identifiers.
- Crash and performance data — If the Game encounters an error, we may collect a crash report containing the error message, stack trace, device model, OS version, and Game version. No personal data is included.
- Device information — Device type, operating system version, screen resolution, and preferred language. We use this for compatibility and localization.
- Purchase receipts — When you make an in-app purchase, the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) processes payment. We receive a transaction receipt for verification but never see your payment card details.
- Leaderboard and ranking data — Scores, star counts, and level progress used to rank you on global and friend leaderboards. This data is associated with your display name and is visible to other players.
1.3 Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
- We do not use advertising SDKs or serve third-party ads. No advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) are collected.
- The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Save and restore your game progress
- Process and verify in-app purchases
- Provide social features including leaderboards, friend lists, and life-gifting
- Diagnose crashes and improve Game stability
- Analyze aggregated gameplay data to balance difficulty, pricing, and content
- Respond to support requests
- Send push notifications you have opted into (e.g. daily rewards, lives refilled, friend activity)
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with the following categories of service providers, and only as necessary to operate the Game:

We do not share data with data brokers or advertising platforms.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
4. Data Retention
- Game progress and social data is retained as long as your account exists or the Game is installed. If you remove a friend, the connection is deleted from both sides.
- Leaderboard entries are retained for the duration of the leaderboard period (weekly, all-time, etc.) and may persist in aggregated form after your account is deleted.
- Analytics and crash data is retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Purchase records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
- If you delete your account or request erasure, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of analytics collection (via the in-game Settings screen)
- Withdraw consent for push notifications (via your device settings)

European residents (GDPR)
Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (improving the Game) and contract performance (providing the Game service). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-Party Links
The Game may contain links to external websites (e.g. support pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via an in-game notice.
