Terms of Service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of Combo Ace (the “Game”) published by Krool World (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Exploit bugs, automation, or unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage
Sell, rent, or sublicense your account or in-game items

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (“Gems”) and other virtual items. All purchases are:

Final — We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store / Google Play.
Non-transferable — Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or cashed out.
Platform-processed — Payments are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and virtual item availability at any time.

The Game includes optional social features such as leaderboards, friend lists, and life-gifting. By using social features:

Your display name, scores, and level progress may be visible to other players on leaderboards and friend lists.
You may connect with friends via invite links, Apple Game Center, or Google Play Games.
You may send and receive free gifts (e.g. lives) with friends. Gifting is limited by daily caps and carries no monetary value.
You may remove friends at any time, which immediately removes the connection from both sides.

We reserve the right to reset or hide display names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
Interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players’ accounts
Set a display name that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or impersonates another person or brand
Abuse social features (e.g. creating multiple accounts to farm gifts)
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, audio, code, and game design — is owned by Krool World and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Combo Ace name and logo are trademarks of Krool World.

7. Availability and Updates

The Game is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KROOL WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krool World from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krool World operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via an in-game notice.
